Conscious Trance: An InnerDance Journey

A sound-led, eyes-closed experience where you lie down and let your nervous system do what it’s been trying to do all along: downshift, release, and reorganize.

Not a “dance” session. A permission-based process that meets you where you are, and gently moves what’s ready.

What it is

Conscious Trance is a guided Innerdance journey created to help you drop out of your head and back into your body, without needing to talk your way there.

You’ll be lying down with your eyes closed while a carefully curated soundscape guides you into a trance-like, wakeful-dream state. In that state, the body can access what it often can’t reach through effort: softening, discharge, emotional movement, insight, and deep rest.

This is why it’s powerful: you’re not “doing” healing.
You’re letting the system complete what it’s been holding.

What happens in a session

Every journey is different.
Some people feel a lot.
Some people feel very little.
Both are valid.

You might experience:

  • deep calm or sleepiness

  • emotional release (tears, laughter, waves of feeling)

  • spontaneous movement, shaking, stretching, stillness

  • imagery, memory fragments, insights

  • a quieter mind afterward / a softer baseline

You don’t need to make anything happen.
Your only need to show up and allow.
