Who Innerdance is for
This is for you if you:
feel stuck in your head and want to drop into your body
chronically stressed, and feeling tense or emotionally exhausted
want emotional movement without having to talk everything out
want more presence, clarity, and nervous system capacity.
You don’t need experience.
You don’t need to be “spiritual”.
You just need a willingness to show up and let your system do what it already knows how to do when it feels safe enough.
What Innerdance is
In an innerdance session you lie down, close your eyes and are shifted into a conscious trance through a curated sound journey.
The experience is designed to create the conditions for your system to:
01
Soften control & Effort
02
Allow energy to move through
03
Access insight from a deeper layer
Some people experience stillness. Some experience movement. Some experience emotion.
All of it is normal.
There’s nothing to achieve.
The practice is letting your nervous system reorganize without you micromanaging it.
What makes innerdance different
A lot of modalities aim for relaxation.
Innerdance can be more than relaxing, because it trains a different skill:
surrender.
Relaxation is a state.
Surrender is the ability to stop forcing, stop bracing, and let your system move through what it’s been holding.
That’s why many people leave feeling:
clearer
lighter
more grounded
more “back in their body”
even if they can’t explain it logically.
What happens in a session
-

Arrival + Grounding
You settle into the space, orient your nervous system and land in your body.
-

Simple Guidance
I’ll give a clear frame for the experience and a few cues so you feel safe and know what to do (spoiler: not much).
-

Innerdance Journey
Surrender and let your system does what it naturally needs to do. Movement is optional, stillness is welcome.
-

Landing + Integration
Slow down, ground and integrate so the shift can hold beyond the session. Sharing is optional.
Testimonials
-
"The sensations were intense from the first minutes... like goosebumps, but deeper, almost under the skin. It felt like something was opening around my head, moving through my temples and the back of my head, and then through my body. At a certain point I completely disappeared into the experience. I wasn’t ‘there’ at all. I’m going to do it again. Thank you!"
-
“it was something else. At first I felt disoriented, like I couldn’t tell where I was in space, almost like that dizzy feeling when you lose your sense of up and down. It scared me for a second so I opened my eyes to ground myself. My body started moving really fast at the beginning, like it was following a wild rhythm on its own. Then it shifted, everything dropped away, like I’d been switched off, and I moved into deep stillness: darkness, flashes, and a huge inner space. It was intense and truly magical.”
Option 2:
Request a private group session
Want to bring Innerdance to your people, without the public setting?
Private sessions are ideal for:
Friend groups that want something meaningful
“we need a reset” seasons
Team resets / offsites who want nervous system downshifting & connection
Wellness communities and private circles who want an experience that isn’t performative
Private session details:
Private sessions are scheduled by request based on:
group size
duration
location
because this is hands-on facilitation,
I only accept a limited number of private group bookings each month
Option 1:
Join a group session
(Sheung Wan)
This is the simplest way to experience Innerdance.
Group sessions are ideal if you want:
a nervous system reset
emotional release
more presence and clarity
a consistent practice that builds capacity over time
What you’ll leave with:
a calmer baseline
more space inside your body
a clearer sense of what matters.

Keep it simple: water, food, and a quieter evening if possible. Let the session land. You don’t need to “figure it out.”
-
Some people use that language to describe energetic movement.
In this space, we stay grounded: what you may feel is your nervous system responding to safety, sound, and permission; sometimes experienced as energy, emotion, or spontaneous movement.
