  • Shadow work means getting honest about the parts of you you’ve pushed out of sight, such as traits or urges that felt “not allowed” (like anger, neediness, ambition, even strength). By noticing and owning them, you gain choice and reduce knee-jerk reactions. It’s not about acting on every impulse or “fixing” yourself; it’s about integrating what’s true so you feel less split.

  • Less analyzing, more practicing. We use short, body-led drills (orienting, breath, micro-pauses, etc) so truth becomes something your nervous system can tolerate, not just an idea.

  • We don’t go hunting. If the past shows up, we meet what your body brings at the pace it can handle.

  • We stop. We name it. We shorten the drill, change posture, or take a walk-look (orient the eyes, look at corners). Your pace decides.

  • Online via Zoom. You’ll receive a link before each session.

  • We log it without drama: where you felt it in your body, what you needed, one repair you can try. Relapses are data, not failure.

  • Give at least 24 hours notice to avoid fees. You can pause; we’ll reschedule within the agreed window.

  • Book a fit-call. If it’s a yes, we set dates and go from there.
