Returning to your body.
This is your homecoming.

Blurred image of tall grass or wheat gently swaying, with a warm, soft light casting a calming glow.
A young man standing against a white wall, wearing a light gray button-up shirt over a white T-shirt, dark blue pants, and holding a closed black book or journal in his left hand.

For years you’ve tried to think your way out of anxiety, exhaustion and self-doubt.
Positive thinking helps but something still feels off.

Homecoming Somatics is here for that moment where you realize the change ytou are looking for isn’t in your head, it’s in your nervous system and your willingness to stop running and listen to what your body has to say.

Why Somatic Practice?

Through somatic practice and guided breathing, we invite what’s been hidden in your body to come to the surface. Sessions meet you where you are: sometimes there is trembling, sometimes stillness but always there’s truth.

When you come here, you come home to the part of your that knows how to begin again.

The Promise

You will walk away learning how to hold yourself again. You’ll feel lighter, steadier and more at home in your own skin.

My Story - How it all started

Hi, my name is Edward.

For years I chased achievement: more certifications, more goals, searching for that elusive feeling of “enough”.
My life looked full on the outside but felt empty inside.
It wasn’t motivation I lacked, but the disconnection from myself.

Learning to listen to my nervous system and honour my body’s truth changed everything.
Homecoming Somatics was born from this journey and my desire to walk with others through theirs.

Why I built Homecoming Somatics

You might have read all the books, tried every mindset technique and still feel stuck. I created Homecoming Somatics for people like us: those ready to stop performing peace and finally feel it.

A Personal Invitation

If your nervous system is tired of pretending it is okay and you’re ready to stop managing symptoms and reclaim your wholeness,
I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
