  • Over 12 weeks, we’ll rebuild your daily breathing pattern step-by-step.

    You get:

    Ten one-hour sessions over roughly twelve weeks (enough time to establish a new habit).

    Breath retraining exercises you practise daily. These are simple and can be adjusted to your capacity.

    A personalised tracker and plan so you can see your progress and adjust practice length and intensity.

    Between session check-ins so you’re supported without feeling monitored.

  • Yes. Some start with The Return, others pair Reclaim for boundaries, then add Repattern to stabilize daily life. We’ll choose a sequence that fits your capacity.

  • We adjust. You’re training a habit, not passing a test. A few consistent minutes beat long catch-ups.

  • Online via Zoom. You’ll get a link before each session.

  • Please give 24 hours notice to avoid fees. You can pause the container if needed; we’ll reschedule within the agreed window.

  • Book a fit call. If it’s a yes, we set dates and go from there.
